Payment, Shipping & Return Policy

1. Payment

  • Payment is accepted only upon delivery, by cash or card.

  • We do not accept pre-payments online or via PayPal.

  • This gives you additional time to reconsider your purchase while it’s in transit.


2. Shipping

  • Cost: Free shipping to the following EU countries only:
    Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia.

  • Order Cut-off:

    • Orders placed before 14:00 (UTC+1) ship the same business day.

    • Orders placed after 14:00 (UTC+1) ship on the next business day.

  • Transit Time: 1–5 business days from shipment.

  • Required Information: Full delivery address, recipient name, phone number, and email.

  • If any required detail is missing or incorrect, we will call you; failure to respond will result in order cancellation.


3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Eligibility & Timeframes

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Notify us of your decision to return within 3 business days of that decision (see 3.2).

  • Ship the item back no later than 14 days after delivery.

3.2 How to Request a Return

    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3.3 Item Condition

  • Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

3.4 Inspection & Refund

  • We will inspect your return upon receipt.

  • If approved, we will issue a full refund of the item price plus original shipping within 14 calendar days to your original payment method.

  • If rejected (e.g., item used or damaged), we will return the item to you at your expense.

3.5 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened hygiene-sealed products

  • Customized or personalized items
