Payment.
You can pay for your goods in cash or by card only upon receipt.
We do not accept payments on the website or via PayPal.
This measure was taken so that you have additional time to think about your purchase while the cargo is in transit.

Delivery.
Delivery of goods is carried out by delivery services in the customer’s country and only after the client provides all contact information required by the delivery service, including:
Delivery addresses, First and last names, Phone numbers, email addresses.
If the client has not provided any important information about his order, then we reserve the right to call the client back at the provided number to clarify all the necessary data. If the client does not provide all the necessary data (due to personal reasons/technical failure/any other reason), then the client’s order will be cancelled.
If the client has provided all the required contact information, the delivery will be sent on the same day (if the order is placed before 14.00) and the next day (if the order is made after 14.00).
Shipping costs to Continental Europe, Continental North America, Continental South America, Continental Asia are free. Excluding specific tax zones and territories in various countries. If your region falls under the above, the operator will provide you with advice over the phone on the topic of paying taxes and delivery.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract (online). This means that you can cancel your purchase within a certain period, called the cooling off period. By law, this period is set at 14 calendar days, but we offer you a cooling-off period of 30 calendar days. If you exercise this right during this period, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price corresponding to the returned products. If you return your entire order, you will also be refunded all shipping and transaction fees paid. For partial returns, you will not be reimbursed for shipping and transaction costs.

Please note that there are exceptions to the right of cancellation and you can read about these in section 1.7 below.

1.2 Beginning of the reflection period

We offer a cooling off period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. This means you have 30 calendar days to decide whether a particular product is right for you. If you wish to return an item, you can notify us by email at info@store.wo-me.com during the cooling-off period and then you will have 14 calendar days from the date of notification to return the package to us.

Be sure to include in your return package a statement that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation (eg the European Model Form from Annex 1 below).

Please note that the 30-day review period only begins on the day you receive the product. If your order is delivered in multiple separate deliveries, the reflection period will only start from the day the last delivery was received. If a package is delivered to your neighbors, a cooling off period will begin if you have designated those neighbors as the recipient.

1.3 How to cancel a purchase?

Legally, the period for reflection is 14 calendar days. We understand that it is difficult to make a decision in 14 calendar days. That is why we have extended the reflection period to 30 calendar days. We indicated above when these 30 days begin.

You can cancel your purchase by notifying us in the following ways:

– Filling out the feedback form on the page https://store.wo-me.com/contact-us/;
– Informing us by mail orders@store.wo-me.com or by phone;

(We prefer step 1 because it’s the easiest option for you.)

To improve our service, we are of course interested in knowing the reason why you are canceling a purchase, but you will never be required to provide a reason.

1.4 When will you receive your money back?

We are committed to returning your money as quickly as possible. We always do this the way you originally paid and we never charge you for it.

We will refund your money no later than 14 days after you notify us of your cancellation. However, we have the right to wait for the refund until we receive the item back or until you confirm dispatch, whichever comes first.

Please note that if the item is damaged we may deduct depreciation, you can read more about this below.

1.5 Order return

You must return the goods within 30 calendar days or notify us if you wish to do so. If you notify us of your return within the 30 day period, you have another 14 calendar days from then to return the package to us. Return costs are borne by the customer. A return address will be provided to you once you notify us of your intention to return the item.


1.6 Depreciation

You are responsible for using the product during the reflection period. If you damage the product during the cooling-off period, in some cases we may charge you a fee to repair or clean the product, or if we are unable to sell it as new. However, you are only responsible for reducing the value of the product if this is because you went beyond what was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and operation.

1.7 Exceptions to Cancellation Rights.


There are a number of exceptions to the right of cancellation, namely:

Products that have been sold sealed for hygienic or health reasons and for which you have broken this seal after delivery will not be eligible for return;

Below are some examples for clarification:

Example 1: You ordered nutritional supplements

And you have removed the seal (plastic protection). Since the seal has been removed, returns are no longer possible. However, you can return it if the seal is still in place and undamaged.
Example 2: You buy a tube of toothpaste and open the box. Once you open the seal to use the toothpaste, the product can no longer be returned.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your return is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your return will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within the specified number of days.

Delay or no return

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially received.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is sent.

Selling Items

Only regular priced items can be returned. Discounted or sales items cannot be returned.
