  1. Return Window
    You may return most new, unopened items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

  2. How to Request a Return

    • Notify Us via https://store.wo-me.com/contact-us/ or orders@store.wo-me.com within 3 business days, including your order number and reason.

    • Wait for Approval (response within 3 business days).

    Returned shipments are paid by the customer.

  3. Item Condition

    • Unused and undamaged

    • In original, sealed packaging

  4. Inspection & Refund

    • We inspect returns on receipt.

    • If approved, we issue a full refund (item price + original shipping) within 5 business days to your original payment method.

    • If rejected (used/damaged), we notify you and return the item at your expense.

  5. Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or partially used products

    • Customized or personalized items
